Care for an animal doesn't stop at food and water. We want to help in making sure your pet has the correct environment in which to have a happy and healthy life. We want to educate our customers about the animals that we carry, and equip them with the knowledge to care for their own animals. We make it our best effort to change a fear or a question of uncertainty of an animal into interest and curiosity in order to better understand and love your future pet. Instead of the false images people get from lack of information or media entertainment, we give the facts. We want our customers to trust us so they can get the best deal and the best information. We believe that the more people know about the animal, the less there is of mistreatment or lack of care for their pet or even animals in the wild.

We have the ability to help you help friends, children, coworkers, and family members gain the knowledge needed to fully understand the animal world. We offer an educational program that allows our staff to come to the place of your choice; such as a school, office, public gathering place, and even your homes. These programs are designed to complement each audience. Whether we are educating children or adults, we make this program best fit your environment, and cooperate to the best of our abilities to meet your needs. Animals are incorporated into daily lives, and we will bring select ones from our store to help educate you about each one, and spark interest in knowledge in this endless field of excitement and satisfaction.

Part of the education experience is being able to interact and experience for yourself how fun it is to learn. A way that we incorporate this into our goal is birthday parties. Children react best to visually appealing interests and will learn from them. Our experienced staff will host a party upon your request that consists of showing certain animals from our store, and giving out valuable facts and information on each one. It will incorporate hands on experiences with just plain fun. Children will be allowed to interact with some of the animals presented and they have the opportunity to learn and ask questions about each animal.
